We strongly recommend of course that all movie makers join the IAC (The Film & Video Institute), of which SERIAC is a part: the benefits are many, not least of which is the ability to use copyright and royalty protected music for private shows.

These pages are dedicated to all amateur movie makers in the South East region of the United Kingdom (South of the Thames and into Kent, Surrey, Sussex - and the Channel Islands).  In this context, ‘amateur’ movies refers to those made for non-commercial reasons, and not to their quality.
